We have an experienced and dedicated Customs advisory and litigation practice. The team have years of experience in handling customs dispute and all matters relating to custom laws including all subordinate rules, regulations and issues related to classification, valuation, interpretation of exemption notifications, prohibitions and restriction on cross-border trade and Free trade agreements(FTAs).

The team considers all possible scenarios for the client and endeavor to provide holistic solutions by factoring in not only Customs laws but also allied laws including SCOMET, Foreign trade policy, Food laws, Drugs and Cosmetics Act etc.
